Archiving Policy

Asian Journal of Public Health and Nursing (AJPHN) is committed to the long-term digital preservation of its published content to ensure continued availability, integrity, and accessibility.

PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN)

AJPHN utilizes the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN) for long-term preservation of its published content. PKP PN provides a decentralized digital preservation infrastructure based on LOCKSS technology, helping ensure that journal content remains available in the event of loss or disruption of the journal's website.

Metadata and Persistent Identification

AJPHN supports the Open Archives Initiative Protocol for Metadata Harvesting (OAI-PMH), enabling metadata to be harvested by indexing and preservation services. Published articles are assigned Digital Object Identifiers (DOIs) to provide persistent identification and reliable access.

Author Self-Archiving

Authors are permitted and encouraged to deposit the final published version of their articles in institutional or subject repositories immediately after publication, with appropriate attribution and a link to the published version on the AJPHN website.
